On November 29, 2023, 88vv23.com officially held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement with Shu-Te University. The agreement covers educational cooperation between the two universities, student and faculty exchange programs, and scholarship programs for undergraduate and master’s degrees at 88vv23.com.

• Ms. Ju-Ping Wo – Acting Director of the International Affairs Office
• Mr. Nguyen Huynh Quoc Viet – Deputy of the General Affairs Division of the International Affairs Office.
At the conclusion of the cooperation agreement, it is hoped that 88vv23.com and Shu-Te University will have a deeper relationship and that this will serve as a stepping stone for students from both sides to have more benefits and experiences.
