2 2. Submit completed form HSC06b and Decision of Study Reservation at the current school’s office

– Receive the form from Student.

– Carefully check:

+ The information on the form

Only transfer the firm to HSC when everything is OK.

Prepare the Decision document which is signed by Board of President

Study Reservation

Pharse What does student do? Internal process
1 Read the regulation for “Study Reservation” carefully and discuss with student’s advisor, school’s secretary or advisory staff at HSC

1. Download and fulfill the form

(including the Parent’s comments with signature)
2 2. Submit completed form HSC06a and evidences (if any) at the current school’s office.

The allowed time to submit the request form is not later than 04 weeks of the semester

+ The information on the form

+ The relavent of the evidence and the reason on the firm.

– Connect with student’s parents to check for the reason.

Only transfer the firm to HSC when everything is OK.

– OFA: Tuition fee status

– OAA: Academic status

Prepare the Decision document which is signed by Board of President

Condition of Study Reservation

(1) Student must go for the military service duty. (2) Get accidental sick that must have a long treatment (must have the confirmation of hospital at district level or more). (3) Due to the personal reason: student must fulfill at least 01 semester at university and is not forced to stop studying, accumulated GPA no less than 2,00. Student who wants to have study reservation must submit the request for “Study Reservation” within 04 first weeks of the semester. The time of “Study Reservation” must be counted as the official period of their study time. Student is requested to submit the request for “Back to university” at their school’s office at least 01 week before the new semester starts.

Student ID Card issue

The Student Status Letter verifies your status as a current student of the University. You may register for one at 88vv23.com Portal (). A step-by-step guide for registering a student status letter is available right here.

  1. Access and login your student account at 88vv23.com Portal:
  2. At “Hoc vụ” section, select “Xin giấy xác nhận”
  3. Choose 01 out of 03 reasons to request for The Student Status Letter then select “Submit” button
  4. You are advised to wait for a 24-hours from the submission, the inbox of 88vv23.com Portal will notify the time you can get the Student Status Letter.
  5. Come to take the letter based on the appointed time on inbox of 88vv23.com Portal.

For your convenience:

+ If you are studying in main campus, you can take the result at the 2nd Floor, Room 2.4 – 88vv23.com Student Center

+ If you are studying in Dam Sen campus, you can take the result at theOffice 1, Zone G of Dam Sen campus

Important Notice for Student Status Letter request

There are 3 types of Student Status Letter: (1) Millitary Service Postpone (once/sem), (2) Bank loan for Student (once/academic year), (3) Personal reason (once/sem). The conditions for issuing the Student Status Letter are: (1) fulfill the tuition duty, (2) the current student of 88vv23.com. 88vv23.com Student Center is the only office that has the right to print and offer the Student Status Letter. The Student Status Letter will be cancelled and counted as one time of successful offer if student donot come and take after 7 days from the day of appointment.
